Abstract:
A new-type photovoltaic module frame, comprising a main frame member (10) arranged around a photovoltaic module (a). The main frame member (10) comprises a bottom plane frame (11), a middle connecting frame (12) and a top supporting frame (13) that are sequentially arranged from the inside out. The top supporting frame (13) comprises a bottom face supporting portion (132) and a side face connecting portion (131), wherein the side face connecting portion (131) is of an inverted vertical hook member arranged on an outer side of the bottom face supporting portion (132); an upper end of the vertical hook member is inclined towards the photovoltaic assembly (a) and is attached to the photovoltaic assembly (a); the upper end of the vertical hook member is flush with an outer surface of the photovoltaic assembly (a); a side face glue overflowing groove (131a) is provided in an inner side of the vertical hook member; a bottom face glue overflowing groove (132a) is provided at the position of the bottom face supporting portion (132) that is located on a lower surface of the photovoltaic assembly (a); and a lower end of the vertical hook member and an outer side of the middle connecting frame (12) are of an integrated structure. The structure is simple, and the effects of fixing the photovoltaic module and controlling glue overflowing are achieved.
