Disclosed is a new water jet cutting machine, comprising a single-dimensional compressor (99), a fixing rod (1), a bearing plate (2), a water storage tank (3), water, sand, a guide pipe (88), a nozzle, an axial-flow compressor, and a drive device, wherein the single-dimensional compressor (99) comprises an inner housing (200) and an outer housing (18); the inner housing (200) comprises an upper pressing plate (15) and a cylindrical plate (19); the top of the cylindrical plate (19) is fixed below the upper pressing plate (15); an air inlet (17) is provided at an upper portion of the outer housing (18), and an air outlet (7) is provided at the bottom of the outer housing (18); an air outlet of the axial-flow compressor is in communication with the air inlet (17); the top of the water storage tank (3) is fixedly connected to part of the bottom of the outer housing (18), a water inlet (66) is provided at the top of the water storage tank (3), and the water inlet (66) is in communication with the air outlet (7); and a valve device (100) is arranged at the bottom of the water storage tank (3), the guide pipe (88) is fixed onto the valve device (100), and the nozzle is fixed onto the guide pipe (88). The water jet cutting machine has a simple structure and a high energy-utilization rate.
