Abstract:
The present invention relates to a nicotinamide riboside derivative conjugated to a fatty amine, and a composition comprising same, the composition being for wrinkle reduction, whitening, cell regeneration, hair-loss treatment, or anti-inflammation. A nicotinamide riboside derivative conjugated to a fatty amine according to the present invention exhibits enhanced stability and bioabsorbability and can be hydrolyzed in vivo and supply an NAD precursor, and thus can effectively be used in a cosmetic composition, pharmaceutical composition, functional health food, or the like for wrinkle reduction, whitening, cell regeneration, hair-loss treatment, or anti-inflammation.
