Abstract:
A nitric oxide (NO) donor type fasudil derivative as represented by general formula I, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a preparation method for same, a pharmaceutical composition containing same, and a medical use thereof, in particular, the use thereof in the preparation of a medicine for preventing and/or treating pulmonary vascular diseases such as PAH. Such compounds can effectively maintain the ROCK inhibition activity, generate fragment molecules and NO having the ROCK inhibition activity in vivo, and synergistically resist PAH by inhibiting dual effects of vascular remodeling and vasodilation.
