Abstract:
A non-aqueous electrolyte solution, and secondary battery. The non-aqueous electrolyte solution comprises a lithium salt, an organic solvent, and an additive. The additive comprises a sulfonyl-containing compound. By employing the compound containing an ethylene group and a sulfonyl group as the additive, and facilitating formation of a protective coating on a surface of a battery electrode by means of the additive having said two structural units, the present invention provides a protective coating having superior stability during battery charging-discharging cycles and high-temperature storage, thus suppressing breaking down of solvent molecules in the electrolyte solution, reducing an increase of battery internal resistance caused by accumulation of break-down products on the electrode surface, and improving energy storage performance of a battery.
