Abstract:
Non-deformable waterproof wooden tableware and a processing method therefor. A tableware body comprises a head portion (1) and a handle portion (2) of the wooden tableware, wherein the handle portion is formed by connecting a handle reinforcing portion (3) and a smooth handle portion (4); a middle recess or protrusion of the handle reinforcing portion and an edge of the handle reinforcing portion form a curved surface having a certain radian of 45 to 90 degrees; the handle reinforcing portion is connected to the head portion of the wooden tableware; the smooth handle portion is positioned at the other end of the handle portion of the wooden tableware; and the length of the smooth handle portion is no more than half of the total length of the handle portion. The processing method enables the wooden tableware to be boiled in water at 75°C for 15 to 20 minutes without deformation. The wooden tableware has a high strength and a large volume, and greatly saves on the usage amount of a raw material. The wooden tableware has a simple and feasible manufacturing process, and can be completed using an assembly line, thereby being suitable for scale production.
