Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a non-film-coated breathable silicone chest pad, comprising a silicone chest pad body, wherein the silicone chest pad body comprises at least an organosilicone gel bottom layer and an organosilicone gel surface layer stacked in the thickness direction from the bottom to the top and bonded together with each other, the hardness of the organosilicone gel bottom layer is greater than the organosilicone gel surface layer, the organosilicone gel bottom layer contains a polymer lightweight microbead filler, and ventilation holes run through the silicone chest pad body in the thickness direction. Also provided in the present invention is a method for manufacturing this kind of silicone chest pad through two injection mouldings using a moulding die having the same die and two different punches to give the silicone chest pad body and then punching out air holes on the silicone chest pad body using a hole-punching mould. The silicone chest pad of the present invention has the advantage of being lightweight, breathable, and easy to clean and having a highly soft surface. The production method provided by the present invention can conveniently make changes to the shape of the product, thus making it easy to form a series of products.
