Abstract:
Provided are a non-hydrolysable fiber sheet for which environmental considerations have been made and which combines strength with softness, and a production method therefor.　The invention contains a fiber material of natural origin, is non-hydrolysable, and comprises: a base paper sheet formed through the airlaid procedure; a naturally degradable binder impregnating the base paper sheet, for the purpose of binding the fiber material of natural origin; and a naturally degradable cross-linking agent impregnating the base paper sheet, for the purpose of cross-linking the binder to one another. The invention is formed by performing heating in a state wherein the base paper sheet has been impregnated with at least the cross-linking agent.
