Abstract:
The present invention provides a non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet which has excellent magnetic flux density B50, excellent iron loss characteristics at high frequencies, high tensile strength and high fatigue strength, while being suppressed in variation in the tensile strength, and which is suitable for use in a rotor of an IPM motor. A non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet according to the present invention has a predetermined steel sheet component composition, while having a structure wherein the non-recrystallized structure ratio is from 5 to 70% and the number of inclusions having a diameter of 5 μm or more is 5 per mm2 or less.
