Abstract:
A non-volatile memory and an operating method for the non-volatile memory. The non-volatile memory comprises a plurality of memory units and unselected word lines connected to the plurality of memory units. The method comprises: applying a first voltage increasing at a first slope to the unselected word lines so as to charge the unselected word lines; and in response to the first voltage increasing to a predetermined voltage, stop applying the first voltage to the unselected word lines, the predetermined voltage being greater than a turn-on voltage of the plurality of memory units connected to the unselected word lines.
