Abstract:
The present invention provides a non-woven sheet, a sheet-like skincare cosmetic mask, and a sheet-like skincare cosmetic mask with a cutaneous stimulation function, all of which are capable of simultaneously providing skincare using a cosmetic product and imparting cutaneous stimulation by means of an electrical stimulus. A non-woven sheet (10) is formed of a single layer of non-woven fabric (16) comprising an electrically conductive part (12) that contains a conductive material and that provides electrical conduction between the front and rear of the sheet and a non-conductive part (14) containing no conductive material. The water absorption percentage ratio of the electrically conductive part with respect to the non-conductive part is 3% or more. This sheet-like skincare cosmetic is formed of the non-woven sheet (10) and is impregnated with a skincare cosmetic product. This sheet-like skincare cosmetic mask with a cutaneous stimulation function has, at an electrically conductive part, an electric current generation device.
