Abstract:
A function other than sustained release, i.e., targetability or adhesion, is imparted to micro- or milli-capsules and a film, and a target substance to be encapsulated or embedded is encapsulated or embedded at approximately 100% efficiency. The nonoral preparation is characterized by having a three-layer structure which is composed of a base layer made of a polymer, a retention layer for holding a target substance selected among a drug, perfume, mosquitoe repellent, pigment, cell, and antigen, and a surface layer and in which the retention layer is interposed between the base layer and the surface layer.
