Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a composition containing a borate compound which is useful as a cocatalyst for the solution polymerization of olefin or diene and is soluble in a hydrocarbon solvent. According to the present invention, provided are a composition which is useful as a cocatalyst for the solution polymerization of olefin or diene and contains a compound represented by formula (1) and a compound represented by formula (4) (the definitions of the symbols in the formulae are as described in the specification); and a method for producing the same.
