Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cancer POCT diagnosis system that can rapidly discriminate early cancer, enables prognostic diagnosis for therapeutic effects of anticancer agents, etc. on cancer and can accurately determine cancer with high sensitivity. The present invention provides a magnetic particle comprising: a core including a magnetic reactive metal; a shell layer surrounding the core and having a uniform thickness; and a capture probe introduced on the shell layer to capture a biological substance, wherein the capture probe comprises an antibody against a biomarker for cancer diagnosis as an antigen thereof.
