Abstract:
A novel cephalosporin compound represented by general formula (I), which has a wide antibacterial spectrum, wherein A represents a group of the formula -N=CH-, -NHCO-(CH=CH)¿m?-, -CH¿2?- or -O-CH¿2?; m represents 0 or 1; R?1¿, R?2¿ and R?3¿ represent independently hydrogen or lower alkyl; R?4¿ represents hydrogen or a group of the formula -OR?6¿, wherein R?6¿ represents hydrogen, lower alkyl or a protective group; and R?5¿ represents hydrogen or an organic group.
