Abstract:
A novel cutting tool for cutting and processing bamboo strips and a cutting control system thereof. The cutting tool is used to cut bamboo chips along a length direction thereof to produce a plurality of bamboo strips having uniform thicknesses and consistent widths. The cutting tool comprises an upper milling cutter gear (1) and a lower milling cutter gear (1') sequentially arranged along a direction of conveying the bamboo chips. Both the two milling cutter gears cut the bamboo chips by more than half of the thicknesses thereof, have axial directions in parallel to the width direction of bamboo chips, and comprise a plurality of blades arranged at intervals on each gear along a gear tooth thickness direction. The blades are arranged along a direction perpendicular to the gear tooth thickness direction. The distance between blades is equivalent to the thickness of the bamboo strips. The blades on the two milling cutter gears correspond to each other. The control system is used to adjust positions of the cutting tool and drive the cutting tool to rotate. The cutting tool and the cutting control system can implement fast and highly efficient manufacture of the bamboo strips, cut, in one process, to produce a plurality of bamboo strips having uniform thicknesses and consistent widths, and has the advantages of having high processing efficiency, favorable quality, and a high material utilization rate.
