Abstract:
The present invention relates to a compound of chemical formula 1 or a salt thereof. The compound not only exhibits an excellent anticancer effect by inhibiting the activity of IDO and/or TDO, but also has a synergistic anticancer effect when administered in combination with other anticancer drugs, particularly immune checkpoint inhibitors, and thus is useful for treating cancer.
