Abstract:
An integrated system for online coupling of hazardous waste combustion and plasma melting. A flue gas outlet of an integrated incineration melting device (1) is connected to an inlet of a waste heat recovery device (2), an outlet of the waste heat recovery device (2) is connected to an inlet of a quenching tower (3), an outlet of the quenching tower (3) is connected to an inlet of a dry-type reactor (4), an outlet of the dry-type reactor (4) is connected to an inlet of a catalytic bag-type dust collector (5), an outlet of the catalytic bag-type dust collector (5) is connected to an inlet of a wet-type deacidification tower (6), an outlet of the wet-type deacidification tower (6) is connected to an inlet of an induced draft fan (7), and an outlet of the induced draft fan (7) is connected to a chimney (8). Thus, high-temperature online melting of hazardous waste incineration bottom slag can be implemented, bottom slag in an incineration section of a rotary kiln (12) directly enters a melting section for high-temperature treatment, and thus the energy utilization efficiency is greatly improved; moreover, flue gas in the rotary kiln (12) and molten flue gas are collected, are subjected to secondary combustion, and then enter a post-treatment system for combined purification, so that the overall operation costs are effectively reduced, and defects in the prior art are avoided.
