Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a novel method for co-production of a high-efficiency carboxylic acid based on oxygen oxidation and ε-caprolactone, i.e., under the catalysis of a catalyst, oxidizing cyclohexanone to ε-caprolactone while oxidizing aldehyde to a corresponding carboxylic acid, thereby achieving co-production of carboxylic acid and ε-caprolactone. The method is easy to operate and environment-friendly, raw materials and reagents are cheap and easy to obtain, reaction conditions are mild, and co-production of carboxylic acid and an ε-caprolactone product having a high added value can be achieved.
