Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an sFlt-1 measurement method for sFlt-1 protein, which is novel, simple, inexpensive and suitable for practical use. A method for measuring sFlt-1 in a sample by forming a complex in which sFlt-1 is sandwiched by heparin and an anti-sFlt-1 antibody, the method comprising: bringing heparin or an anti-sFlt-1 antibody immobilized on a support into contact with the sample to form a complex of heparin or the anti-sFlt-1 antibody and sFlt-1 in the sample on the support; and detecting the presence of the complex using a labeled anti-sFlt-1 antibody, or an anti-sFlt-1 antibody and a labeled anti-immunoglobulin antibody bonded to the labeled anti-sFlt-1 antibody, or labeled heparin.
