Abstract:
The present invention provides a novel Scenedesmus sp. algae, and an extract thereof. This extract of Scenedesmus sp. JD-052, which is a novel Scenedesmus sp. algae, shows a UV protection effect, and thus can be usefully used in the field of cosmetics.
