Abstract:
A novel solar-energy brick-humidifying outdoor steam-curing machine, comprising a base (1) and a solar energy drying device; the solar energy drying device comprises a concave mirror (2), a heat conductive rod (3), a water tank (4), a small impeller (5), a large impeller (6), and a hot air pipe (8); the concave mirror (2) is connected to the base (1) by means of a first support post (9); the water tank (4) is connected to the base (1) by means of a second support post (10); one end of the heat conductive rod (3) is a heat absorption end (12), and the other end is a heat dissipation end (13); the heat absorption end (12) is located at the focal point of the concave mirror (2), and the heat dissipation end (13) is located in the water tank (4). The steam-curing machine is able to, in real time and on site, blow hot air to humidify and steam-cure bricks stacked outdoor, without the consumption of electrical energy.
