Abstract:
Novel substances of compounds PF1237A, PF1237B and PF1237M exhibiting antifungal activity; a process for producing these novel compounds through culturing of PF1237 producing strain belonging to the genus Fusarium; and an antifungal agent comprising these novel compounds. The group of these novel compounds have antifungal activity, and thus can be used as an antifungal agent in the field of drugs, agricultural chemicals and sanitary goods. Especially, the use as a remedy for fungal infectious diseases is expected.
