Claims:
CLAIMS

1- Runway closing vehicles used to close the runway with the safety of runway at private, military and civil airports; characterized in that it comprises wings (10) having a structure of opening / closing with the wing hydraulics (20), the light modules (90) thereon emitting light.

2- Runway closing vehicle according to claim 1, characterized in that; it comprises control panel (81) which monitors the whole system instantly and performs all operations such as radiation adjustment, battery control, generator control of the light modules on the system.

3- Runway closing vehicle according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises wing hydraulics for opening and closing the wings (20)

4- Runway closing vehicle according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises boom (30) which opens telescopically and adjusts the height of the wings (10) from the ground, and carries the external load of the system as well as carrying its own load.

5- Runway closing vehicle according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises boom hydraulics (40) for raising and lowering the boom mast (30)

6- Runway closing vehicle according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises hydraulic powerpack (50) that controls all hydraulic systems.

7- Runway closing vehicle according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises remote control (60) enables the system to be switched on from a safe distance by the operator after the system has been installed. 8- Runway closing vehicle according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises microprocessor (82) for controlling the system and adjusting the radiation of the light modules.

9- Runway closing vehicle according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises generator (84) which meets all energy the system needs.

10- Runway closing vehicle according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises the battery (83) which ensures that the system operates for 6-8 hours when the generator (84) of the system fails or during a malfunction.

11- Runway closing vehicle according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises the solar panel (85) which meets the energy requirement of the system during the day when the generator (84) on the system is defective or is not intended to be used.

12- The runway closing vehicle according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises warning lights (86) that give visual and audible warning in case of malfunction on the system.

13- Runway closing vehicle according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises light modules (90) positioned on the wing (10) and emitting light.

14- Runway closing vehicle according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises support legs (100) used to secure the trailer (70) to the ground and to take the load onto it.

A NOVELTY IN AIRPORT RUNWAY CLOSING VEHICLES

TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention relates to a novelty in runway closing vehicles used to close the runway ensuring the safety of the runway at private, military and civil airports.

In particular, the invention relates to a novelty in runway closing vehicles comprising wings, the light modules thereon emitting light, and which has a structure that opens/closes with hydraulics.

STATE OF THE ART

Runway is a rectangular area used for landing and take-off of aircraft. It was translated into Turkish from the word "piste" in French. Although they may have different surfaces such as soil or grass, nowadays, asphalt is used completely. Roads allocated to the aircraft's own motor power and ground rules during boardings and other parts of the aerodrome are called taxi or rule routes. Runways and rule roads form the maneuvering area on an aerodrome.

Runways are the most important element of airports. Design and operation of runways in accordance with safety standards are required in terms of both international and national regulations. The most important part of aircraft operations is that it is very important that the runways are designed and operated in accordance with safety standards, in terms of flight, life and property safety as it takes place on runways or in the approach and take-off areas of runways. However, it should not be considered as preventing only fatal aircraft accidents or ensuring the safety of runways. For safe operation of the aircraft in all operations at airports, a number of criteria must be met at and around airports. Therefore, in order to avoid any confusion during maintenance and repair work, the runways must be closed safely and the aircraft pilots must see these closed runways safely.

All the runway closing vehicles used in the present art cannot meet the desired values such as wing widths, heights, visibility, wind load resistance.

As a result, in order to solve the above problems in the state of art, the need for a new economic, useful runway closing vehicles and the inadequacy of the existing solutions have made an improvement in the relevant technical field necessary.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a novelty in runway closing vehicles used to close the runway ensuring the safety of runway at private, military and civil airports, developed to eliminate the above mentioned disadvantages and bring new advantages to the related technical field.

The most important object of the invention is to provide maximum visibility through wide opening.

Another object of the invention is to provide ease and maximum efficiency for the personnel who install it by means of hydraulic lifting system.

A further object of the invention is to maximize occupational safety measures and thereby to reduce the level of damage to the installation operator.

Yet, another object of the invention is to consume low energy. Still another object of the invention is to protect the system in case of natural phenomenon such as lightning, etc.

A further object of the invention is to have an adjustable height.

Another object of the invention is to provide easy transportation of the vehicle.

Another object of the invention is to provide low maintenance costs.

Another object of the invention is to provide ease of transportation on highways. (License Plate, License can be removed)

Another object of the invention is that it is environmentally friendly and fully recyclable.

Another object of the invention is to have adjustable radiation modes.

The structural and characteristic features and all advantages of the invention will become more apparent from the following figures and the detailed description made with reference to these figures, and therefore the evaluation should be made with reference to these figures and detailed description.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In this detailed description, preferred embodiments of runway closing vehicles are explained only for a better understanding of the subject and with no limiting effect.

Figure 1, Figure 2 and Figure 3 show the runway closing vehicles according to the invention. The invention, which is obtained by mounting other elements on the trailer (70), is easily taken to the place where the installation will be made, and it is installed according to the OHS and Product safety instructions. During the installation, the support legs (100) must be fixed and no one should approach the product more than 25Mt, except for authorized personnel. After fixing the product, the generator (84) is started, the wings (10) are opened by means of the remote control (60) and the height is adjusted by the boom (BO). After the adjustment process is completed, the installation of the product is completed by selecting the mode in which the light modules (90) will radiate through the control panel (81). To turn off, the process is performed in the opposite direction to the above. Here, the trailer (70) provides ease of use while retaining the product completely within itself, by means of its reinforced chassis and boom mounting section.

In the present invention, light modules (90) are provided on the wings (10). The wing is designed to form an X when fully opened with its hydraulics (20). By means of special equipment that is positioned on the system for opening movement, each wing is opened or closed independently, but in a controlled manner, on the load it receives. In the closing movement, they lie on the front and take a horizontal position.

The boom (30) is one of the main bearing columns of the system, but it adjusts the height of the opened wings (10) from the ground. The boom mast, which is specially designed in a telescopic way, carries the system's own load as well as the external factor loads. Here, the boom hydraulics (40) are used to raise and lower the boom (30) mast. In case of balance errors that may occur due to the system in the hydraulic piston, the hydraulic piston cannot open itself and will protect the product. The control center of the hydraulic system is the hydraulic powerpack (50). This system that operates with AC220V 50Hz constant voltage and frequency feeds the power of the entire hydraulic system.

In the present invention, the remote controller (60) is required for opening the system from a safe distance by the operator after the system has been installed. The operator moves to the safest distance and controls the system hydraulics via the remote control.

In the present invention, the control unit (80) is composed of control panel (81), microprocessor (82), battery (83), generator (84), solar panel (85) and malfunction lights (86). The control of the entire system is carried out from the control panel (81). It monitors the system instantly and the light modules on the system are the areas where all operations such as radiation adjustment, battery control, generator control are performed. The microprocessor (82) controls the system and adjusts the radiation of the light modules. The energy required by the whole system is met by the generator (84). The battery (83) operates the system for 6-8 hours when the generator (84) of the system fails, or in case of a malfunction. In case the generator (84) on the system is defective or is not intended to be used, the energy requirement of the system during the day is also met by the solar panel (85). In addition, warning lights (86) provide visual and audible warning in case of malfunction on the system.

In the present invention, the light modules (90) are light emitting devices positioned on the wing (10). Equipped with LED technology, these products are specially designed for the product. With the control panel (81) remote control (60) with low power consumption, they make the most effective radiation.

Support legs (100) are used to secure the trailer (70) to the ground and to take the load on it. It is one of the most important details for product safety.

The invention has been designed with the aim of ensuring runway safety at airports and has been designed as an alternative that can be used in highways, expressways and military bases etc. The boom hydraulic wings (10) can be replaced and have different shapes, the outside of the wing (10) is designed to be able to be fitted with Sign, WHMS Display, Led Display, Electronic or mechanical control devices.

The scope of protection of this application is defined in the claims, and it is obvious that a person skilled in the art can demonstrate the novelty disclosed in the invention using similar embodiments and / or apply this embodiment to other fields of similar purpose used in the art. It is therefore evident that such embodiments will lack the criterion of novelty and in particular to exceed the prior art.
