Abstract:
A nozzle device according to some embodiments is provided with: an annular nozzle plate; an annular nozzle mount that defines a nozzle flow path between the nozzle mount and one surface of the nozzle plate; at least one nozzle support that connects the nozzle plate and the nozzle mount to each other and is caulked and fixed to at least the nozzle plate; and at least one nozzle vane that is supported between the nozzle plate and the nozzle mount. The nozzle plate has a through-hole into which the end of the at least one nozzle support is inserted. The through-hole includes a straight part that extends from the one surface to the other surface of the nozzle plate, a diameter-expansion part that is formed on the other surface side of the nozzle plate and has a diameter larger than that of the straight part, and a relief processed part that is formed at a part of the straight part continuous with the diameter-expansion part and has a diameter larger than that of the other part of the straight part at which the relief processed part is not formed.
