Abstract:
It is intended to provide a nucleic acid library and a protein library wherein plural types of proteins and nucleic acids respectively encoding the same can be supplied simultaneously and, immediately after supplying, the proteins can be analyzed in parallel. Namely, a protein library having two or more library units separated from each other, each library comprising a nucleic acid capable of expressing one or more proteins in an in vitro transcription/translation system or an in vitro translation system and a protein capturer located close to the nucleic acid, each library being formed on a solid support, and the nucleic acid contained in each library being fixed on the surface of the solid support on which the library unit is formed; and a protein library obtained by supplying two or more library units involved in the above-described nucleic acid library simultaneously to an in vitro transcription/translation system or an in vitro translation system.
