Abstract:
Disclosed is a numerical-control pick finding mechanism. A main motor (2) is connected to a loom main shaft (5) through a speed-reducing transmission mechanism (3) and a clutch braking mechanism (4). The loom main shaft (5) drives a warp yarn opening mechanism (7) and a weft yarn selecting mechanism (8) through a transmission part (16). A let-off and take-up signal collection mechanism (14) is disposed on the loom main shaft (5) or a shaft synchronous with the loom main shaft (5). The let-off and take-up signal collection mechanism (14) is separately connected to a take-up mechanism (10) and a let-off mechanism (11) through a control electrical box (1). A pick finding key point signal mechanism (15) is disposed on the loom main shaft (5) or the shaft synchronous with the loom main shaft (5). The pick finding key point signal mechanism (15) is separately connected to the warp yarn opening mechanism (7) and a weft yarn selecting mechanism (8) through the control electrical box (1). The loom main shaft drives, through a synchronous belt, synchronous wheels or chain wheels, a chain or reversing gears and a shaft, the opening mechanism and the selecting mechanism that are controlled by electronic signals. The numerical-control pick finding mechanism has simple structure and stable transmission, and can effectively eliminate wear and reduce maintenance and cost.
