Abstract:
A numerically controlled mechanical feeding device, comprising a base (1) and a numerically controlled mechanical apparatus (2) disposed on the base (1), wherein a protective frame (3) is disposed on an upper surface of the base (1) at a side of the numerically controlled mechanical apparatus (2). A transmission belt (7) is disposed inside the protective frame (3). An adjustment leadscrew (8) is disposed on an inner side of the transmission belt (7), and is provided with a connection frame (9) at an end surface thereof. A support frame (10) is integrally formed with an upper surface of the connection frame (9), and a top end of the support frame (10) is connected to an adjustment frame (12) by means of a rotation shaft. An auxiliary motor (13) is disposed at an end of the adjustment frame (12) not provided with the rotation shaft, and an auxiliary roller (11) is sleeved on an output shaft of the auxiliary motor (13). The device uses the adjustment leadscrew to adjust the position of the auxiliary roller at a side surface of the transmission belt, thereby improving the compatibility of the device with various materials, and ensuring the stability of materials of different specifications during the transport thereof.
