Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is an odourless coloured asphalt composition, made from the following components and parts by weight: 40-50 parts of base oil, 15-20 parts of petroleum resin, 20-30 parts of thermoplastic styrene-butadiene rubber, 1-2 parts of anti-ageing agent, 0.5-1 parts of tackifying auxiliary agent, 0.5-1.2 parts of odour inhibitor, and 0.5-0.8 parts of surfactant. Also provided in the present invention is a preparation method for the odourless coloured asphalt composition. By means of the action of the odour inhibitor and the surfactant, the odourless coloured asphalt composition of the present invention reduces the generation and volatilisation of asphalt fumes such as H2S, SO2, and NOX during the production and construction of coloured asphalt, achieving a significant odour elimination effect without obvious changes in asphalt performance, and being conducive to environmental protection and staff health.
