Abstract:
The present invention provides an offshore floating wind power generation apparatus comprising: floating bodies having buoyancy so as to float on the sea; a wind power generator which is provided above the floating bodies, and which produces electric power by using wind power generated at sea; a balance maintaining part which is connected to and provided on the floating bodies, and which absorbs the wave kinetic energy of the sea so as to maintain the floating bodies and the wind power generator in a balanced state; a damage sensing part which is provided inside the balance maintaining part, and which senses the inflow of seawater into the balance maintaining part so as to determine whether the balance maintaining part is damaged; and a damage filling part which is provided inside the balance maintaining part, and which fills up a damaged portion inside the balance maintaining part so as to prevent the seawater from flowing into the balance maintaining part when the damage sensing part senses the inflow of the seawater into the balance maintaining part. Therefore, when shaking occurs because of wind or waves in a state in which the wind power generator is provided and the floating bodies floating on the sea by means of buoyancy are supported by the balance maintaining part, the balance maintaining part absorbs the movement of the floating bodies so that the floating bodies maintain a balanced state, and when the balance maintaining part for supporting the floating bodies so as to maintain the balanced state thereof is damaged by external force, the damage sensing part senses the damage, and then the damage filling part fills up the damaged portion so as to prevent seawater from flowing into the damaged portion, and thus the balanced state of the floating bodies and the wind power generator is maintained.
