Abstract:
The present invention pertains to an oil-in-water emulsion cosmetic that comprises: 2-10 mass% of a self-underwater-dispersion-type cross-linked silicone elastomer; a water-soluble macromolecule having emulsification capacity and/or a non-ionic surfactant having an HLB of at least 12.5; and silicone oil having a kinematic viscosity of at most 20 mm2/s at 25°C, wherein the kinematic viscosity of the cosmetic is at most 10,000 mPa·s at 25°C.
