Abstract:
An oil palm trunk processing method, comprising the following steps: material selecting; material manufacturing; drying; gluing, which is conducted simultaneously with water proofing, fire proofing and corrosion proofing; densification, which is conducted simultaneously with hot pressing; sanding; and sorting: selecting plates not conforming to quality standards and obtaining oil palm plates conforming to requirements. A decoration board of the oil palm plate made by the processing method. According to the structure of the board, a non-woven cloth layer, a real wood veneer or impregnated paper layer and an aluminum oxide layer are sequentially attached to the upper surface and the lower surface of the obtained oil palm plate. The non-woven cloth layer is adhered to the surface of the oil palm plate, the real wood veneer or impregnated paper layer is hot-pressed on the non-woven cloth layer, and the aluminum oxide layer is attached to the surface of the real wood veneer or impregnated paper layer in a pressing mode.
