Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of air conditioner oil return, and specifically relates to an oil-return control method for an outdoor unit. The present application is aimed at solving the problem of how to guarantee the oil return of an outdoor unit. For this objective, an air conditioner of the present application comprises a recovery pipeline, wherein one end of the recovery pipeline is in communication with an inlet of an outdoor heat exchanger, and the other end thereof is in communication with a gas suction port of a compressor; and an on-off valve is arranged on the recovery pipeline. The control method comprises: in a heating mode, when the duration of the continuous running of an air conditioner reaches a first preset duration, calculating a first high-low pressure ratio of the pressure of an indoor heat exchanger to the pressure of an outdoor heat exchanger; when the duration of the continuous running of the air conditioner reaches a second preset duration, calculating a second high-low pressure ratio of the pressure of the indoor heat exchanger to the pressure of the outdoor heat exchanger; determining the range in which a first ratio of the first high-low pressure ratio to the second high-low pressure ratio lies; and according to a determination result, selectively executing an oil return operation of an outdoor unit. By means of the present application, the effective oil return of an outdoor unit can be achieved, thereby guaranteeing a lubrication effect of a compressor and a running effect of the air conditioner.
