Abstract:
The present disclosure provides an oil sludge pyrolysis system and method, in which dry and wet oil sludge from a gas field or an oil field is pyrolyzed to produce light oil, cement and construction materials, and roadbed material for high-grade roads and oil-producing area roads. The hazard-free treatment creates a new way to properly utilize oil sludge. The present disclosure is tailored to the properties of oil sludge, and provides a complete set of oil sludge treatment processes and supporting devices. The devices used in the present disclosure undergo targeted improvement, and renew oil sludge surface by means of three-stage internal radiant heating, thereby effectively solving the problem of coking and ensuring the safe and normal operation of equipment involved in the process. The present disclosure provides a reliable process to ensure the normal operation of treatment processes while oil sludge treated to have acceptable quality. The whole process is modularly designed, the assembly, the maintenance and the upgrade are easy, the maintenance cost is low, and the level of automation is high.
