Abstract:
Provided are an oleaginous confectionery that has a desirable flavor of an original functional component, and a method for manufacturing the same. The oleaginous confectionery comprises a functional food and an oil or fat, wherein the functional food contains a functional component that has bitterness and/or astringency and the oil or fat has a solid fat content (SFC) at 25°C of at least 70% and an SFC at 35°C of less than 15%. The particle size is equal to or less than 30 μm; considered with respect to the total oleaginous confectionery, the content of the functional food is from 8-40 mass% and the sucrose content is less than 24 mass%; and the oleaginous confectionery contains no milk components.
