Abstract:

An OLED substrate, a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device, capable of solving the problem of difficulty with cleaning found in an existing OLED substrate when cleaning a light-emitting material. The OLED substrate is divided into a display area (1) and a peripheral area (2). The peripheral area (2) is provided with multiple cathode contact areas (21). The OLED substrate comprises: a substrate (10); a source/drain metal extension part (11) provided on the substrate (10); a passivation layer (12), which is provided with multiple vias (Q) at positions corresponding to the cathode contact areas (21); a cathode metal extension part (13), which is electrically connected to the source/drain metal extension part (11) via the vias (Q); and, a pixel defining layer (14), which is provided with multiple first patterns (100) at positions corresponding to the display area (1), where each first pattern (100) is provided with one protrusion part (102) and one groove part (101), and is provided with multiple second patterns (200) at positions corresponding to the cathode contact areas (21), where each second pattern (200) is provided with one protrusion part (202) and one groove part (201), the protrusion part (102) of the first patterns (100) correspond to the groove parts (201) of the second patterns, and the groove parts (101) of the first patterns (100) correspond to the protrusion parts (202) of the second patterns.
