An omnidirectional regulation device for a collimator, comprising a bottom platform (1), wherein the bottom platform (1) is provided thereon with a bottom plate (2), two sides of the bottom plate (2) are provided with side tubes (3), and two ends of each side tube (3) are provided with support tubes; moving shafts are disposed at four positions of the bottom platform (1) and bottom plate (2), and a first hydraulic cylinder (7) is disposed at an intermediate position at a bottom portion of the bottom platform (1); an upper portion of the first hydraulic cylinder (7) is provided with a first piston rod (10), and the first piston rod (10) penetrates the bottom platform (1) and the bottom plate (2); the bottom platform (1) is provided thereon with a moving mechanism (12), the moving mechanism (12) is provided thereon with a moving plate (15), and the moving mechanism (12) comprises a lifting plate (17). A moving block drives the moving plate (15) to move, and the moving plate (15) achieves stable sliding and adjustment along a guide shaft (21) by means of a sliding seat (22), which may facilitate the horizontal movement and adjustment of a collimator.
