Abstract:
A once-through steam generating system and method with intermediate steam and water separation, the system comprising a steam generator (2) and a reactor (10), wherein an outlet of the reactor (10) is connected to a third inlet of the steam generator (2); a third outlet of the steam generator (2) is connected to an inlet of the reactor (10); and heat generated by the reactor (10) is brought into the steam generator (2) by the flow of a coolant of the reactor (10). The method has relatively small water consumption and heat consumption in the process of starting. Since a steam and water separator (4) is disposed before a superheated section (7) of the steam generator (2), if water supply fluctuates during operation of a machine unit, water will not enter the superheated section (7), and the fluctuation of the temperature of main steam is small, thereby facilitating safe operation of the machine unit; and if the machine unit restarts after a sudden shutdown, since water will not enter the superheated section (7), which is a relatively high temperature, cooling time is relatively short during the restart of the machine unit, thereby improving availability of the machine unit.
