A one-card system on a mobile communication terminal, comprising: a mobile communication terminal (13), comprising a first NFC module (132) having unique identification information; a management and control center (11) comprising a database for storing user account information, the user account information corresponding to the identification information of the first NFC module; a card-reading device (12), comprising a second NFC module (122) and a micro-controller (121). The second NFC module is used for communicating with the first NFC module to acquire the identification information of the first controller when the mobile communication terminal performs a card-swipe. The micro-controller is used for inquiring, according to the identification information, the management and control center database for the user account information stored and instructing the management and control center to complete a payment or top up using the user account. By using the system, a user can complete consumption payments or top up by using a portable wireless communication terminal.
