The present invention relates to a one-click foldable treadmill, comprising an underframe, a column, an instrument panel and a handrail. Two ends of the column are hinged to the underframe and the instrument panel respectively. The handrail is hinged to the column. The treadmill also comprises a reciprocating linear motion device and a connecting rod structure. The reciprocating linear motion device is installed on the underframe, and the connecting rod structure is hinged to the reciprocating linear motion device, the column, the handrail and the instrument panel respectively. The reciprocating motion of the reciprocating linear motion device drives the column, the instrument panel and the handrail to be unfolded or folded by means of the connecting rod structure. When unfolding, the column and the base form an acute angle. At the same time, the connecting rod structure at the inner part of the column rotates the folded instrument panel at a large angle, and an extension line thereof intersects the base and forms an acute triangle structure with the base and column. The structure is stable and fixed, and a one-click folding and opening structure is achieved. In addition, the opened structure is stable, convenient to operate, and space-saving.
