A one-way valve and a medical catheter having same, which belong to the field of medical instruments. The one-way valve (10) comprises: a fixed portion (11), the fixed portion (11) being used for being connected to the inner wall of a catheter body (20) of a medical catheter, a flow-through hole (111) being provided on the fixed portion (11); and a deformation portion (121), the deformation portion (121) being connected to the fixed portion (11), the deformation portion (121) having a first form and a second form, the deformation portion (121) blocking the flow-through hole (111) when in the first form, and the deformation portion (121) unblocking the flow-through hole (111) when in the second form, when a liquid in the catheter body (20) flows in a first direction, the deformation portion (121) being driven to be in the first form, and when the liquid in the catheter body (20) flows in a second direction, the deformation portion (121) being driven to be in the second form. The one-way valve has a purely mechanical structure, not needing a circuit to perform control or considering the sealing problem in a liquid environment, thus allowing a relatively simple structure and a relatively low manufacturing cost.
