Abstract:
An online bamboo curtain cloth folding machine, comprising a rack (1). A material receiving tray (2) extending in a horizontal direction is provided on the rack and is connected to the rack by means of stepping elevators (3); a linear guide rail (4) is provided on the material receiving tray and extends in the direction parallel to the length direction of the material receiving tray; a synchronous traction device is provided on the linear guide rail and comprises a traction rack (5); a traction roller (6) is provided inside the traction rack, and the upper end portion of the traction roller is provided with a locating roller (7); an adjusting lead screw (9) is provided on the material receiving tray, and the traction rack is connected to the adjusting lead screw; a floating roller synchronous mechanism is provided on the rack and comprises a floating roller (10), the floating roller is connected to the rack by means of a swing arm (11) extending in the direction perpendicular to the floating roller, and an angle sensor (12) is provided on the swing arm. The online bamboo curtain cloth folding machine can automatically fold a bamboo curtain, thereby improving the overall folding effect and processing efficiency.
