Abstract:
An online crushing treatment system for waste boards of an artificial board continuous hot pressing line, comprising a first lifting belt conveyor (1), a second lifting belt conveyor (2), a third lifting belt conveyor (3), a waste board crushing roller feeder (4), a waste board shredder (5), a crushed material belt conveyor (6), and a crushed material collecting box (7). The first lifting belt conveyor is provided in the middle of a board roller conveying line (D), and other mechanisms are mounted on the left side of the conveying line; the third lifting belt conveyor is provided in the middle of the waste board crushing roller feeder, the waste board shredder is provided at a front end of the waste board crushing roller feeder, the crushed material belt conveyor is provided on a discharging side of the waste board shredder, and the crushed material collecting box is provided below a discharging end of the crushed material belt conveyor; the lifting belt conveyors remove the waste boards from the board roller conveying line and convey the waste boards to the waste board crushing roller feeder, then the waste boards are conveyed to the waste board shredder, and crushed materials are conveyed to the crushed material collecting box via the crushed material belt conveyor. An online crushing treatment method for the waste boards of the artificial board continuous hot pressing line is further disclosed. The crushing treatment system improves the automation degree of waste board crushing treatment, and has no adverse effect on existing artificial board continuous hot pressing lines.
