ONLINE LASER PRINTING METHOD FOR FORMING TEAR LINE AT PILLOW BAG

An online laser printing method for forming a tear line at a pillow bag comprises the following steps: determining a packaging material; determining a shape of a pillow bag, and determining a position for a tear line; selecting a laser coding device; and printing a tear line. The method enables printing, sheet cutting and packaging to be performed in one process, thereby realizing simultaneous printing of a tear line and a batch number. Compared with an offline laser method, the present invention prevents a problem in which deformation of a packaging material occurs due to secondary stretching. Compared with a cutting method employing a cutting tool, the invention prevents a problem in which a bag cannot be torn easily when being torn through a traverse seal. Compared with a press-molding method, the present invention does not need to form a tear line in advance in a sheet production line, thereby reducing printing time and costs.
