Abstract:
An online measurement and control system (100) for oil. The system comprises: an oil intake pipeline (10), an oil amount control unit (20), a first measurement pipeline (30), a first measurement unit (40), a second measurement pipeline (50), a second measurement unit (60), an oil output pipeline (70) and a data processing and logic control unit (80), wherein the oil intake pipeline (10) and the oil output pipeline (70) are connected to a downstream pipeline of a mechanical device; an oil intake end of the oil amount control unit (20) is connected to the oil intake pipeline (10); oil intake ends of the first measurement pipeline (30) and the second measurement pipeline (50) are connected to an oil output end of the oil amount control unit (20), and oil output ends thereof are connected to the oil output pipeline (70); the first measurement unit (40) is arranged at the first measurement pipeline (30); the second measurement unit (60) is arranged at the second measurement pipeline (50); and the data processing and logic control unit (80) is respectively connected to the oil amount control unit (20), the first measurement unit (40) and the second measurement unit (60). The online measurement and control system (100) for oil can control the oil amount at an oil intake end of a measurement instrument, thereby preventing the occurrence of oil cut-off and frequent fluctuations of the oil amount. The accuracy of measurement is improved, and the impact of oil on the measurement instrument is reduced.
