Abstract:
This operating device is used to operate a plurality of retractor (10) each having a release lever 14 and is provided with: an operating device body (30) affixed to a floor surface of a vehicle or to a wall surface of the vehicle so as not to move; an operating shaft (40) rotatably supported by the operating device body (30); a knob (50) for applying rotational force to the operating shaft (40); and a cam section (41) provided so as to protrude radially from the outer peripheral surface of the operating shaft (40) and depressing at the same time the release levers (14) of the plurality of retractors (10) when the operating shaft (40) is rotated in a predetermined rotational direction by the knob (50); and a damper (70) for applying a load to the rotation of the operating shaft (40) performed in the direction opposite the predetermined rotational direction.
