Abstract:
Disclosed is an operating door for a manual discharging device of a locomotive converter, relating to the field of auxiliary apparatuses of locomotive converters. The operating door mainly comprises a door plate assembly and a door inner assembly, wherein the door plate assembly is in the shape of a major arc plate, a linear side door plate surface of the door plate assembly is fixed on one side of a hinge, a fixing bolt for fixing is arranged on the other side of the hinge, and a rolling-sliding screw is further arranged on the left side of a major arc of the door plate assembly; and the door inner assembly comprises a sealing washer and an annular, cylindrical sealing block, the sealing washer is retained in the annular, cylindrical sealing block, and the door inner assembly further comprises a threaded hole adapted to the rolling-sliding screw. Further disclosed is a locomotive converter using the operating door for a manual discharging device of a locomotive converter. When the operating door is closed, the door plate assembly rotates in the direction of a cabinet door, the door plate assembly is tightly pressed against the sealing washer, and sealing of the operating door is achieved; and when the operating door is opened, the door plate assembly is rotated in the direction away from the cabinet door. The present invention is high in terms of adaptability, small in terms of design, high in terms of operation identification degree and easy to identify in terms of appearance, and the operation visibility is improved.
