Abstract:
Disclosed are an operating mode control method and apparatus, and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: if the duration during which a terminal is in a first operating mode exceeds a first duration, the terminal switches from the first operating mode to a second operating mode, the power consumption in the first operating mode being lower than the power consumption in the second working mode; the terminal receives data sent by a network device in the second operating mode.
