Abstract:
A control unit (3) of an operation analysis device (1): specifies, on the basis of operation trajectory data in which position information and opening/closing information for the crushing machine during an operation period of breakdown operation are recorded in time series, all of the opening points indicating the positions at which a crushing machine is opened during an operation period, and all of the closing points indicating the positions at which the crushing machine is closed during the operation period; calculates, as a minimum distance, the distance between each opening point, among all of the opening points, and the closest closing points to each opening point; specifies, as sorting destination opening points, the opening points for which the minimum distance exceeds a first threshold value; specifies from among the operation trajectory data, as movement data in which the crushing machine moves during the breakdown operation, data based on the position information in which the crushing machine, having grasped a breakdown component, moves to the sorting destination, and then moves back to the breakdown object; and specifies, as grasping operation data indicating actions until the crushing machine grasps the breakdown component during the breakdown operation, data obtained by excluding the movement data from the operation trajectory data.
