In a refrigerator operation control method of the present invention, in a temperature return operation, a first storage compartment having a relatively high temperature is preferentially cooled, and at the same time, an evaporator for a second storage compartment having a relatively low temperature is defrosted, and the second storage compartment is cooled after a cooling operation of the first storage compartment is ended.
